Useless forums

Whats the actual point of this forum all i see is its here to help EA but not the actual customer people should take 5 -10 minutes to read the replys its a joke as soon as someone trys to show something its classed as problem solved when its clearly not the mods talk down to people in the comments this company has become a joke and the mods on here couldnt give a crap

You keep directing players to generic posts that do not address the real concerns. Almost every discussion in the community is about gameplay inconsistency, pack odds, and fairness, yet none of those are being meaningfully answered.
Let me ask clearly and respectfully:
Why are pack results so repetitive, with constant duplicates even from high rated packs such as 87 plus and 88 plus?
Why do desirable players appear disproportionately in store packs compared to earned packs?
Why does gameplay feel inconsistent, specially when the game seems to slow down or work against the player when performing well?
These are not new concerns. Players have been raising them consistently since release, and instead of answers, we are being redirected in circles between forums and support.
That creates the impression that these issues are being avoided rather than addressed.
We are not asking for generic troubleshooting or connection advice. We are asking for transparency on core mechanics that directly impact gameplay experience and fairness.
If there are systems influencing pack distribution or gameplay balancing, explain them. If there are limitations, be honest about them. Players will respect honesty far more than silence or deflection.
Right now, it feels like effort is going into marketing and monetization while core gameplay quality and testing are falling behind. Patches do not hold, issues return, and confidence drops with each cycle.
This is not just frustration. It is concern from players who actually want to keep supporting the game.
Please take this seriously and provide a real, direct response instead of redirecting again.
