Why Am I Not Being Notified About Things On The EA Forums?

I am following the Info Hub, General Discussion, Feedback categories.

I am following the Announcement and Patch Notes tags.

Everything is turned on and set to Immediately or Daily Digest in my Follows & Notifications account settings.

I'm not being notified via Email about Announcement/Patch Notes posts, replies to my threads, replies to my comments, etc.

    It took a long time, but our forum service provider was able to address this.

    You should now both have these included in on-site and email notificaitons.

    Since last night I'm having the issue of my notifications not displaying. 

    I log in and see the red dot on my notifications bell, but when I click it, it either shows a blank page or states that I have no notifications. 

    I tried refreshing it multiple times, but still nothing shows. 

    There's definitely something broken.
