Reached level 31 in season, Progress reset to 0

Good day, the game EA FC25, UT, reached level 31 in the season progress, yesterday (15.05.25) I went into UT and my experience dropped to level 0 (as evidence, the collected rewards are up to level 31). What should I do? I tried to restart the same thing, in the Companion application it also shows. PS4
