8 Years of Waiting, Ended by a Ban. Please Help Me Save My Dream

I am Chinese. Before June this year, I was finishing my high school studies. Our school only allowed us to go home once every two weeks,making leisure activities a real luxury.Thankfully, I've now completed my studies and have a 3-month holiday.
I planned to finally play Plants vs.Zombies: Garden Warfare 2, a game I bought piece by piece during those precious two-week breaks over the years. But when I tried to play it, I was told my account has been banned.
I feel really heartbroken. I've known this game since I was a kid, and I love everything about it. Without my own computer back then, I could only wait for gaming bloggers to post updates and happily watch their videos all afternoon. Dreaming of playing this game myself was a dream I held fo years.

Now I finally have my own computer,but I can't play it. That dream feels shattered.
My account might have been hacked and used for cheating, or something else... I don't know. My appeal to EA was rejected, and my EA account remains banned. I spent days searching all over the Chinese internet for solutions, but nothing worked. EA Help has been updated,and the old methods don't work anymore.
I don't know what to do now. I just want to fulfill the promise to my 8-years-younger self. I owe it to him - a gaming dream.
I can only come to the EA community to try my luck. Does anyone know what I can do?
