Account Reset

I could definitely understand how logging back into Apex only to find a level 1 account would be pretty alarming. Typically when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account. 

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. If you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.

It looks like that's the case here as well, as this particular EA account had never launched Apex on any platform until just recently. Since you mentioned playing in the past, that progress would be on a different EA account. 

We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platforms can be re-linked. That would be the only way to try restoring access to whatever progress you'd made in the past.
