A fraudulent Russian EA account is linked to my Steam account.

When I tried to link my own EA account to my own Steam Account, it would tell an EA account is already linked to my Steam account. The email ends in "@cytopemail.ru". I contacted EA on live chat, told them the problem, and they told me that they have sent my issue to the team that can deal with the issue. EA sends me an email asking what the issue is after three days. Again, I told them the issue. The next day, they sent me an email with linking articles and told me to link my account without even solving the issue.
Also, I bought BF1, and I cannot play it.
