Absolute worst helpdesk ever
MY account was hacked yesterday, and the linked e-mail was changed.
Now thanks to my secondary e-mail i managed to get access again and change my password.
I want to change the linked e-mail to a new e-mail address of mine, but i get the error message that i already changed it recently.
so i contact the chatbot who wants to send me to a human rep, on that landing page this excuse of a company claims that this is not an issue for a human advisor... WTF
