Thanks for taking the time to explain the situation. Unfortunately, we aren't able to help unlink those accounts here on the forums, as we don't have the tools to do so. With account linking, it'd be best to connect with our live support team for assistance to see if there are any options available other than waiting out that cooldown period. If the advisor(s) you connect with say there's nothing that can be done, then I'm afraid there's nothing we can do.
Regarding the missing save files, if you're still noticing they're missing after correcting the account link, feel free to create a thread on our Sims 4 Technical Issues - PC board for assistance. Thanks!
