Account delete

Hi BELLIONNNNNN​, 

When I look at the EA HELP section, it says "Contact an advisor." But it doesn't offer any guidance.

Try these steps to contact them 🙂:

• Open this guide 'How to delete an EA Account': This will open a guide that will share some tips.
• Scroll to the Bottom: At the end of the guide, you’ll find the “Contact Us” button. Click to start your support request
• Login or Continue as Guest: The next step will ask you to log in to your EA account. If you can't log in, you'll also see the option to continue as a guest.
• Fill Out Your Info: Enter your details, select from the available topic options, and give a description of the issue. If the topics available don't match your issue, that's ok. The context you add to the description field will help clear things up.
• Submit Your Ticket: After filling out the form, hit “Submit Ticket.” 
• Choose Your Contact Option: Pick from the available contact options, and our support team will be ready to help.

Unfortunately, the option you mentioned is not visible to me. Even though I have sent an e-mail to the "contact us" section many times, I still have not received a response.

We cannot even delete our own account voluntarily. What a **bleep** system you have.

It's been 21 days. I still haven't received a response from EA.

25 days have passed since the objection. I have not received a response to the emails I sent.

The TOS team handles each appeal on a case-by-case basis, some take longer than others, but 25 days is quite long to go without an email from the address: mailto:noreply@ea.com...

Could you double-check if you can see the case showing up in your 'My Cases' page, on the EA Help site? If you can see your case there, check the status on it. Then get in touch with the support team by filling out a new help ticket.

I've prepared one for you already, click this link to get started. Fill it out, reference the previous case and the current case status and share that you have nor emails from that case, then submit it. The support team will take a look at the case to better to understand what might have happened with that case from there.

Thank you so much for your efforts to help. I've emailed them numerous times over the past 27 days, but I still haven't received a response. I've emailed them numerous times before starting this thread, but I haven't received a response. I've also emailed them several times using the link you sent, but I still haven't received a response.😊
