account disappeared

it says my account can't be found when i try to reset my password after the EA app asked me to login again today.

when i login to a different account, my games don't appear in my library.

I am having similar issues when i log into my account it says my name is humaneater but i didn't change it? its always beenT3ddyAOnFir3, all my packs are gone it says my account T3ddyAOnFir3 doesn't exist anymore
