Account does not have my name

Question

Good afternoon I'm having trouble with my EA account, I'm new at all of this but when I signed in to the EA play on my PC with my Xbox account another name popped up and it said Welcome back Ramon Chavez Jr. and that's not me. How do I fix this issue? Can I just delete this account and make a new one? Or can I remove this person form my account?
