9 months agoHello. You will need to open a case with an advisor by following the instructions here. If you don't see a case on your account, it most likely did not get created.

I tried opening cases many times but none of them showed up.

Are you using a Chrome browser? If not, try that. Also, if you're on a mobile device, put the browser in desktop mode.
