Account linked

There is an EA account linked to an Xbox account where the person isn't in control of that EA account that's connected to the Xbox account.
There is no EA support to unlink this EA account as the live chat function does not work.

I'd say this is a security concern but EA's chat says otherwise.

    I just double-checked here, and the chat support is currently working. What exactly is happening when you're trying to contact EA Help via chat?
