Account locked
On February 13, 2026, I received an email from EA saying my account was in violation of the user terms of agreement. I had not played the game, Need for Speed, for 45 days. On February 27, 2026 I received a notice on my Nintendo Switch when I tried to play NFS that my account is banned. I filed an appeal for the action and asked for an explanation of the rule I had supposedly violated. Today I received an email stating they did a full investigation of my account. It said the following;
"We have confirmed that your account was in breach of our rules. Because of this, we will not be removing the actions taken on your account.
As the sanction has since expired, you can now log back into your account."
I still don't know WHAT rule I supposedly violated.Can someone explain this or how can I find out what the hell has happened?
