Account logged into an unknown email (hacker i think)

I'm trying to log into Apex Legends to play but it tells me my account is disabled, I kept my console off for a long time so I was sure I hadn't done anything, after a while I discovered that my game...

    that same night i found the solution online, thanks to a guy on youtube, he explained me everything and which step should I follow and thanks to EA assistance i got my account back to my previous email (to do so you need the email: Welcome from the EA or something like this, so the email you get when you create the account for the first time)
