I am trying to get into my old EA account that was created by my father back many years ago when I got my first Xbox 360. I have not been able to access in years because the email it was created with was his old college email that is no longer active so I can not get the email code for 2 factor authentication. Is there any work around with this. I have done the live chat three times and with it being outsourced they don’t even read what I’m saying they just send automated prompts. Is there any other form of contact I can get with someone here in the states to explain my situation.
