Account security Question
I was told once by an EA representative that in some circumstances if you want to recover you EA account and prove you are the owner you would need to have access to your creation email as they wont use your primary registered email on your EA account to contact you on.
Is this true? Because I wasn't aware of this when I changed my Primary email on my account. there was no warning.
It would be good if someone from EA could clarify this.

Hey Viper7863,
Generally speaking, if you've changed the primary email associated with your account, that email will be used for verification going forward, serving its purpose as the account's primary email. However, if you were to reach out for account recovery and claim that the current email isn't yours, then the initial creation email might be used alongside other details to verify your ownership instead.
Overall, it'd be best to have ongoing access to all your past and current email addresses just to be safe. Hope that helps!
