Account Was Hacked, EA Help is Taking 6 Hours
I don't really know where else to put this, but my EA account was hacked at some point around 5am this morning. I only noticed when I got a password recovery email notification that didn't show up in the gmail app. I turned on my PC and tried to log in to the app, didn't work. I then tried to get a recovery email sent, and it said it was sending it to a completely random email. I got onto EA Help and opened a case to try chatting, it said it would be 10 minutes, then 9, then 8, then 10, and now it's been 6 hours and I have no idea what to do. I refresh the page every now and then but nothing.
I'm still panicking. My bank account is linked to my EA account and I have no other way to get help.

If you're having trouble connecting to an advisor, make sure you're using a Chrome browser. it might also help to be in incognito mode to avoid any issues with cookies.
