Altercation with support staff and wishing to speak to a higher up over email

I was trying to merge my EA accounts and gave all the correct information over the support chat making sure to triple check that the info was correct. To save you time me time from writing and you from reading all I asked for from both support people was an email or phone number from a higher up. This was never given and am surprised you all do not have a better support team and customer service over the chat. I enjoy playing these games and have put countless amount of time and money into many EA games. For you all to not have a way to have a higher level of authority than just a support chat is ridiculous. Please reach out to me so we can get my original issue fixed and figure out a better way to educate your staff on proper customer service. I have screenshots of each chat and the case number available to escalate the issue.

    Hey f3hkrb8bj9f3​ what exactly is the issue you are having?

    Official complaints are done through our support and if they deem that a complaint does not meet the criteria to be escalated, then that would be the case.

    The more info you can share with us as to the issue, the better we can help.
