I don't know what it is, but I just logged into Apex Legends to try and play again in a while, but apparently my account got perma banned almost 2 years ago. My account was hacked during that time and I dont know what happened. Now I am trying to appeal the ban and it keeps saying case failed over and over and I cant appeal my ban.

Could you pop up a screenshot of what you're seeing when you try?
In the meantime, try 'Continue as guest' instead of signing in, and if the chatbot asks for an email, try using a different one for now - you can always let the advisor know the EA account email once you've connected with them.
The 'Continue as guest' option will look like this:
