Is there an actual E-mail support?

on all the forums , there are only links to help get back online , or reset password or set up 2 step ect

My problem is , my account was hacked , I have managed to sign back in , set up 2FA ect , but all my games are gone?

When going though all the links , it just ends with contact us , which is just a bot asking what game I'm having trouble with???

My account is now empty with no links to actually help with it?

Hey WARKRlME,
Try using this link - it should open a form and, after you fill and send, should get you in contact with an EA Advisor through chat.
Let me know if it helps!

Tried recovering mine even with receipts, which is usually the biggest proof that i owned the account, only for them to say there's missing information. ffs, this has got to be one of the worst customer support i've ever seen and communicated with.
