Community ManagerI marked the post as solution, as we cannot help with your issue here in the forum and the solution is to contact Support, as said in that post. The forum is not the right place to appeal a ban as we have no access to these functions here in the forum.
Hello, I know that the forum itself doesn't have the authority to directly handle account ban appeals and such issues. However, I still hope you can explain my situation to the relevant personnel who have higher authority and can deal with such appeals. Thank you very much!

Once again, we do not have that ability. The only way to handle bans and appeal them is to create a case yourself through Support.
