Account Hacked and No Response from Customer Support

Dear EA Support,

My EA account has been hacked, and I have tried to contact your customer support five times without receiving any meaningful response or assistance.

This situation is extremely frustrating. I have been waiting for help for a long time, and despite multiple attempts to reach support, my issue remains unresolved.

Honestly, this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. When a customer’s account security is compromised, I expect timely support and clear communication.

I urgently request that someone review my case and help me recover my account as soon as possible.

    Hi there, I’m really sorry you’re going through this. 

    Just so we can understand what happened, could you let us know exactly what happened when you tried contacting EA Help? For example, did you get no replies, or were you having trouble creating a support ticket through EA Help?

    I do want to be clear that we can’t recover or fix compromised accounts in the EA Forums, as we cannot handle personal information here. That’s why these cases must be handled through one‑to‑one support with an EA Help advisor.

    Once we understand what happened with your previous attempts, we can guide you on the next step to ensure your case is properly reviewed.

    Hi thanks for the reply 

    so when i try to contact support i create a ticket it says but i dont recive a email saying i have created a ticket and i wait weeks probaly months and still no answar form anybody and this is very annoying cause i just tried playing apex and i cant play cause of my ea account and steam account are linked and when i try making connecting a new one it doesent work so i cant play apex or any ea games

    I wish I could help with the account changes here on the EA Forums, but unfortunately, only the EA Help team has access to make those kinds of updates. What we can do here is help point you in the right direction to get in touch with them.

    Once you're there, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Contact Us. This will start a conversation with the chatbot, which will ask a few questions to verify your account information. If the chatbot isn't able to help recover the account, it should connect you with a support advisor for further assistance.
