Banned and appeal denied.

Try using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this account support article. You should be able to choose the option for submitting a dispute. You don't have to go through your existing cases to get it submitted.

EA_Aljo​ Yes, I only appealed once. It tells me to click Review to review the decision and appeal again but when I click it it takes me to My Cases which says "You have no cases". I have no way to appeal again =\

Hello. Unfortunately, support is not able to discuss bans. Did you only appeal once? You should have multiple chances at doing that.

I am having a similar issue. Brand new account, created in May was just banned for no reason. I don't even own a game on it yet. I appealed the ban and it was denied and now I have no way to appeal anymore. The support chat is on a constant loop. Is there truly no support that can look into this? 

You can't actually delete an account with an active ban on it. The only way to play again is to start over with a different account.

I have the same issue, my first appeal was denied without any specific reason or an explanation. I appealed again but seems to be taking forever, I just want to ask a simple question: if I delete the account will it be unlinked from my epic account? But support not answering, tried as guest same no one answering, I waited desperately 2 hours in the chat page sending a message every 10 min so I don't get disconnected. I made it clear that I just got my account a day ago by submitting the case number and a screenshot of the case page when I got my account back. I just want to play games I own legally on my epic games account I'm not asking for something free.
