Battlefield refund hasn't processed yet.
Dear EA support team,
I'm following up regarding my Battlefield 6 refund request.
which still hasn't been resolved. I already received an acknwledgment from your team confirming recipt of my previous message and the attached screenshots showing that three independent transactions were made due to a system error.
However, it has now been ten days since that response, and i have not received any further updateds or the refund itself. This delay is highly frustrating, especially considering that the issue orginated from your system.
For your referenc, I an reattaching the same screenshots clearly showing the three separate transactions. Please preocess the refund for the two duplicate payments immediately and confirm once it has been completed.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
And I also attached three of detail receipts of payment below.
