BF6 Cross Gen progression - Help from my fellow Gamers

Hello fellow gamers,

I'm hoping someone here can help me with a query, as I've been waiting for EA Live Chat support for days with no luck—only to be told the chat ended due to inactivity. So I’m turning to the community for help.

I started playing the Battlefield 6 beta on PSN and reached level 10. Later, I wanted to continue playing via Steam, not realizing that my old EA account (formerly Origin) was already linked to my PSN. For context, I had created a new EA account and linked my current Steam account to that. So the setup looked like this:

• PSN → linked to Old EA Account
• Steam → linked to New EA Account

I eventually regained access to my old EA account and successfully unlinked PSN from it. Now the setup is:

• Steam Account ↔ New EA Account ↔ PSN

Here’s the issue: all my progression was earned via PSN. But now, when I launch Battlefield 6 through either Steam or the EA app, my level is reset to zero. I assumed progression would carry over across platforms, but that doesn’t seem to be happening.

Does anyone know why my progression isn’t showing up? Is cross-progression not supported in this case?
