Buying Fc points and didn’t get in My account
Hello EA Support Team,
I am following up regarding my previous report about the missing FC Points.
It has now been three days since I made the purchase, and I still haven’t received my 2800 FC Points in my account.
I bought the points through the PlayStation Store, and the payment was completed successfully, but the points did not appear in the game.
Please check the issue again and help me get the points I paid for as soon as possible.
