I am getting this same issue on Xbox. It appears previously EA generated their own emails to use for EA accounts when you played on xbox I tried to link my EA account and get this message (attached image). Look at that email 😂 no account I have ever owned now my Xbox account is permanently locked out of any EA games.
I’m on Xbox and I’m having the same issue. What I have seen is that when you look at the description of the Beta it says the Beta is open Aug 9-10 and Aug 14-17. So I think it’s not available yet for us. Here’s a photo I took of the description.
I have the exact same issue on Xbox as well. Can’t access my old account. When I try to link my new account to my Xbox gamer tag, it says an account is already linked. When I try to search by email, it says no account exists under this email. Wtf

I am having the same issue I can’t tell if I account was deleted by EA or what, and if I go now to link my actual account it says THAT account is already linked and I can’t access THAT account, actually disgusting glad I didn’t buy yet
