Need help from a community manager regarding missing items from account

Hi since the launch of bf6 there have been items missing from my account that were earned through the road to bf6 event, i completed the event on the last day of the event  see screenshot

A fix was supposed to roll out about 3 months ago to fix this but alas its still missing

I have been talking to support about this since about October of last year but sadly not much has happened over those almost 7 months

Any help is deeply appreciated
