Double post but I've found a work around for those on XBOX.
Set your xbox account as your 'Home' account, then create a 2nd user account on the same console. This second account can then use your game pass subscription to access games, but because it's an entirely new account it won't be connected to any previous EA accounts.
Open up Battlefield and you'll be prompted again to create a new EA account. Set up a new EA account using a DIFFERENT email address to the one used on your main xbox account, and then link this to your NEW xbox account. VOILA, it all works. I'm now in the server queue.
Only took me about 4 hours of troubleshooting...

Yep 100%, I was able to play both weekends of the beta by doing this. You just have to sign in to your main account first, and then switch to the new account, and it works fine.
Annoying as I’ll probably have to keep on doing it in order to play the game on release, but at least it works now!- OneThirtyThree6 days agoSeasoned Newcomer
thank you for the reply, i apppreciate it. sucks the beta ended, but i'll give your method a go.
