Can’t login to my EA account

Sorry to hear you’re running into that.

If you’ve already reset the password a few times and you’re still getting the same “credentials are expired or incorrect” message, one thing that may help is waiting about 90 minutes before trying again. The current EA account help page notes that this can help in some cases after a password reset. 

You could also try:

• logging in with a linked platform account instead, if you have one connected
• trying a different browser or a private/incognito window
• going through the account help page and using Contact us at the bottom if it still won’t let you in
