Can’t regain access to my old email tied with my ea and xbox
Can someone in the ea team please help me I’ve tried countless times with your support team but it dosent work.

Hard to fathom a less helpful reply from a "community manager" what a joke
Who would’ve guessed directed me back to where I been stuck at for the last 12 months should give them my birth certificate of all of my ancestors and I might have a sniff at getting my account back what a joke

Account security is handled exclusively by EA Help, and as community managers, we don’t have access to personal account details or the ability to bypass their verification protocols. I know that’s not the answer you were hoping for, but these measures are in place to protect your account and personal information.
