Hi guys. My account has been breached by someone with a Russian email address. I have absolutely no ability to livechat using the EA support links. The chat doesn't appear and my tickets get closed...

It allows me to resume the ticket? It doesn't help. I've had like 6 emails like "thanks for reaching out."
I'm even trying different browsers with virtual machines now to try get the chat window to appear. :( man this sucks lol

Community ManagerDo not resume the case. That will pull it from the queue so an advisor won't see it. You'll need to create a new case and wait for a response.

Sadly I did indeed open another ticket and was let down. It's just wholly bizarre to me that EA would prefer to leave me in a queue system for so many hours and close the ticket when I don't reply within 5 minutes - or atleast thats what I think happened? The chatbox doesnt appear me for me at all. EA provides us with good games. I like EA. I just don't like the current support system. With such a long time frame email makes more sense? Or I think it would? Chat doesn't even open for me
I did create another ticket BTW. I left the tab open and didn't hear any kind of notification. The ticket was closed after 3hrs and 30mins of waiting. I only knew after receiving an email.
I am on documenting all my tickets on video. Please Aljo, if you know ANYONE who can help, please send them my way.

Is the chat closing because you're not there to see the advisor's response?
Again I appreciate the response and I'm sorry seeming frustrated but so far this is the only human representing EA I have spoken to. Unsure what the forum can do personally, can imagine you're limited in what you can do.
