Cannot get EA to unlink old account

I am fuming mad. I have an EA account linked to my xbox. Originally the account was created on an xbox 360. On my xbox it shows the email er**********@hotmail.com. I don’t remember the email and obviously dont have access to it anymore anyways. I can’t access the EA account the email and I can’t unlink the crap from the xbox. They want to hold a congressional investigation into the details of the account that I don’t remember since the account was made nearly 20 years ago. I can’t access online features on a lot of games because of this. How do I get them to pull their heads out of their **bleep**?
