Cannot Link PS Account to EA Because of Fake Email Linked

I thought I linked my EA account a long time ago to my PlayStation account. I noticed that when I go into Connected Accounts > Not Linked, PlayStation is not linked. When I go attempt to link it, I get an error message:

"Linked Accounts Found

Your accounts can’t be linked because your PlayStation™Network account marksharderv1 already linked to your EA Account for 6d*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation™Network account in its lifetime."

I'm not sure what email is attached but I cannot unlink it. I tried looking for a number but there is no customer service for this stuff. It sucks because I want to play It Takes Two and I've had it for a while, but I'm not able to play it online with my cousin who lives in a different city as I.

If anyone could help out with this, it is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Hey boyflaccid​,

    It looks like you're linked to another old, disabled EA account. You can alwways restore it by resetting the password via the original email address that was on that account, but if that doesn't work then I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team for help. There's  a link at the bottom that lets you start a chat (at least, it gives me the option to start one.)

    I have the exact same problem. Ive never had more then one EA account or PS account so i dont even understand how they have been "disconnected" from eachother. Tried to log in and play battlefront 2 but i cant connect casue the accounts wont link..... How do i resolve this? any ideas?

    I also have this problem and I can’t play 2 Plant v Zombies games I’ve downloaded to my PS5. I try to link to PlayStation Network but I get a message telling me that it’s already linked to my EA Account for b2*****@disabled.ea.com. I have no idea what this means.  I’ve tried to raise this as a ticked but that doesn’t seem possible. The solution above does not work for me. If I used a now discontinued email address then it seems I’m completely stuck and there is no point in buying any EA games ever again.

    Can someone please tell me what I can do?
