Cannot Submit a Discord Ban Appeal

Hi all, I recently got banned from one of EA's discord and I don't think it was in line with their charter.

I've tried submitting a ticket twice.

I didn't get a confirmation email on either time and I got the following text on the website when submitted.

A confirmation email sent to null with your case info.

I believe it should say my email where it says "null" but it seemingly is unable to do it. 

For any staff that might somehow be here, the case is #224561673.

I don't know whether or not it's actually been sent or not, but I'll try to submit again tommorrow. Any help would be appreciated on how to make this work.
