Cannot unlink unknown Steam account

Hello EA

After very long time i logged in my account because i needed to change my email. And i wanted try new Battlefield 6 open beta. 

Logged in to my account. Change to email and i add 2FA to protect my account.

When i tried play Battlefield 6 thru Steam and Log in i get message of already linked Steam account. 

From Connected accounts i saw unknown Steam account.

My problems is that i cannot unlink that unknown account. When i hit unlink button i get box to input 2FA code. After that comes remove Steam link. But when i hit unlink nothing happens. It doesn't do anything.

I thought i was having some network issue because adblock or something.  Firefox Developer Tools / Network show following error.

POST: https://myaccount.ea.com/am/data/1/delink-external-party

Status: 409

How can i unlink unknown account and is this new problem and when it might be resolved ?

    I am having the same problem and have tried asking for help and no one has gotten back to me. please help

    Hey floridxkilos​ we have all the info around unlinking accounts here

    If you cannot unlink one due to now knowing the account details then you can use the links in the article to speak with our support.

    Know it's annoying having to do it but the team will do what they can to get you back into your games asap.
