Can't access email to retrieve code

Hi. Im new to forums and so far this is is all very stressful trying to get help. I cant even find where to make my own post so i hope someone sees this.

Anyway, I cant access the email associated with my EA account. Its a Yahoo email and the only way Im able to get help is by paying for the premium service, which I will not do. Im not sure what to do. I got a Battlefieled 6 Early Access code and wanted to play, but in order to use it, EA must send my email a verification code which i cant get. Ive made this new account in hopes to get help but it seems EA just simply doesnt want to help customers.
