Can't Access old email....

Ive seen this conversation pop up numerous times but i didn't know how to get the help myself so here i am. 

I made a stupid decision and used my work email for my account. I did contact my employer to see if that account was still active but they have since deleted it. 

I am wanting to link my steam account with my EA account. 

Can I please get some help with adding a new email and replacing the old one?
