Can't get into my old email

Hi I have a question if there is a way to switch all my games from an old email to my new email without being able to get into my old email. I can't call the email to try to get it back. I was just wondering if there is a way to troubleshoot this? Thank you

Hi Thank you for responding! I am still struggling to figure out how to get into it. All it says on the article linked is that I can try to get back into the email but I can't get back into my dad's old email to be able to switch it it wants to send a code still to the old email. Is there anyway to bypass this? Thank you!
