Can't link EA account with PSN

Question

Every time I try to link accounts. It says my PSN is already linked to an EA account. Then I try to sign in through my PSN but they want to send a recovery code to an email I don't remember ever using. Or if I did, I definitely don't have access to it now. How do I resolve this issue?&nbsp;
