my xbox was used and sold to me from game stop as refurbished, only one ea account can be inked to an xbox for the life of the xbox. having red that makes me wonder if its a xbox issue or a ea issue. there has to be a way to completely un link an ea account. haven't found a way to do that yet. eats like a major programing issue tho
You're EA account can only be linked to one Xbox account(Gamertag) in its lifetime, not the actual Xbox itself. That's why a lot of us are having issues because email companies deactivated email addresses without people knowing. Now the issues are surfacing because we are finding out all of the sudden in different ways.
I did not have any email that started with dc, so I'm unsure of what email got linked. I still have all 3 of my old emails, none of them have been disabled which is the perplexing part.
