Can't link my Xbox account that says it's already linked

I've had EA since 2014, never once linked it to an Xbox account. I can't link my xbox to my EA account. It claims it's already linked but I've never linked it. Can I PLEASE get some help on this? I w...

Definitely and the Help Chat does nothing right now because of the wait time. Updated a ticket earlier and they respond hours later after I've already left the website cause I have errands to do. This was the one-sided interaction.
