I tried to link my xbox account but I get a error "Your accounts can’t be linked because your Xbox account (Gamertag) already linked to your EA Account for b0*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime." My EA account is the same as my xbox account and idk how to contact EA support
Same issue. Seems like the only thing you can do is wait for support to message you through live chat. Someone tried to chat with me when I was away from my phone/computer and just closed the ticket without unlinking my old/nonexisitent email address. Its so annoying and makes no sense.
I’ve got the same exact problem. I couldn’t find a way to fix it on my own. Contacting support is the only option.

Been having this problem for a year now, tried playing 2042 with a friend and EA had me jump so many hoops, i gave up on it. It would also make it easier if they had an easier way of contacting support too! I'm going to try this again because of Battlefield 6.

I’m having this same exact issue. I can’t get in contact with anyone on the live chat. Literally waited for 5+ hours yesterday and going on 3 hours now. They happened to chat with me in the middle of the night while I was sleeping and closed my ticket. It’s crazy how bad this multi-billon dollar company’s support is!!!
