Can't link xbox and ea

Basically my ea says it's already leaked to an xbox account but it is not and so I'm unable to download EA games from xbox gamepass. I get the message:

Your accounts can’t be linked because your Xbox account Vexhation already linked to your EA Account for ba*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime."

Which to me looks like it's saying "banned" but neither my xbox or ea accounts have never been banned or restricted for anything so I'm very confused.

    Hey Vexhation,

    It looks like your Xbox is linked to a disabled EA account. You can restore that by resetting the password on it (assuming you haven't already made a new EA account with the email address on the account), but otherwise I'd reach out to our live support team for help. They can take a look at this for you.
