Can't login - my EA account is attached to an old work email
I'm trying to access my EA account for the first time in a while to play BF6. It's trying to send a verification email to my old work email which I can no longer access.
I've tried following the advice given to others on this forum with similar issues but when I try the Contact Us link it puts me in a chat with an AI bot who asks me the same questions then when I click 'No' to indicate it didn't help it just sends me to a login screen. I'm at a complete loss as to how to get in contact with anyone to help so this is my last resort.

If you don't have access to the email address on records for your EA account, as it was a work email, and you're locked out, you'll need to check in with the support team to have the email address updated to a new one you do have access to.
