Can't play any EA game because of linking issue (PS5)

Tried to play the Battlefield 6 beta but was greeted with "Your login credentials have expired" Told me to reset my password which i did but didn't fix the problem. Further digging I found another message saying account can't be linked because it's already linked to an email called *******@disabled.ea.com. So I'm assuming EA disabled it for some reason? What's so very frustrating is I can't get in touch with EA for help. Thankfully Playstation refunded me on Battlefield 6 but I'm locked out of all their other games now. This is so dumb, I just wanna play your games EA..

  • For anyone else in the same boat that I am in, this advice does work. But, you need to submit an issue. When you submit an issue, it will take you to a troubleshooting page. Near the bottom of that article it has a chat feature. It will not always work as I've had trouble the last 2 days. However, the chat feature worked today (12Aug). It may be related to how many people are trying to access the chat as the estimated wait time today is much lower (74 min) compared to yesterday (188 min). Good luck!

Edit: To clarify a minor point, by 'it didn't work' I meant it wouldn't physically load the chat for me. I'd get the circular loading animation and then it would disappear and nothing would load. The wait times didn't change much when I checked back a lot later so I assume the system was a bit overwhelmed. You should have a much higher chance to start a chat now.

I'm having the exact same issue and I've been waiting in a queue for the last 48 hours

I've exhausted all the options. There needs to be actual live contact support but there doesn't seem to be any.

Please click on the link provided in my previous reply, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on "Contact us." At the moment, EA Help chat is experiencing higher-than-usual demand due to beta game releases, which have led to longer wait times across the board. That said, the chat system is working, and players are continuing to get through.
