Can't remove old account
My old EA account that I had as a kid is connected to my current steam account and it got hacked many years ago so I don't have access to it anymore. You can't unlink accounts through steam so I tried through EA. Whenever I go to sign in, it needs a confirmation code from the email I don't have access to. Therefore, I can't unlink it from my steam account so I can use the new one with steam. Every time I go to sign into steam, it auto produces the message "there is an error in your account, please change the password" then I change it. And who would've guessed it, it does nothing then the process repeats itself. I've repeated the process of submitting a ticket 4 times now and EA hasn't done anything to help. If anyone has any suggestions PLEASE let me know. I just want to play with my newer actually usable account.
