Can't retrieve an lost email on my account
My EA account was linked to my Xbox. Some time ago I've change my email in the xbox account because I lost access to it. As expected, that email was not changed on the EA side. So now everytime I click to login through XBOX, it sends a code to that lost email (the email is even inactive, you send anything to it and it gets back to you).
I've tried 4 times contacting the support. More than 2 hours in chats and they're not able to retrieve the access saying that I had not enough information. I have an ANNUAL active EA Pro subscription in this account and now I don't have access. I've even shared a print screen of my subscription purchase, last digits of my card, address, xbox gametag, etc. And nothing was enough for me to get this access back.
All of this being very badly treated by the customer support.
I don't recommend this company to anyone anymore and I've already opened legal procedures against EA and also the requirement to delete all of my personal data. Very poor support, very poor customer service.
Sorry to say Patesh but if our team has advised that the info you provided is not enough to verify account ownership then there would be nothing that we can do to change this.
The best thing I can recommend is to gather as much additional info as possible and speak with the team again.
