CANT SUBMIT AN APPEAL

Greetings 
I CANT SUBMIT AN APPEAL 
i know but i cant submit any appeals
[edit: email address removed] Is the acc that needs help
my ACC WAS HACKED AND BANNED BY THE HACKER IN 27 MAY 2021
and i had no access to my account until yesterday
Agents Recoverd my account with this case #229730736
please help me pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

    i have tried everything 
    i created appeal with another account but they simply say create it with the banned account which is not possible 
    i have tried changing browser and even use phone or any ways that i could reach out to support but i couldnt 
    please help me recover my account
